Smithfield Market

Liberty have secured, following signature of the Section 106 Agreement, outline consent for their Master Plan development on the Smithfield Market site.

Outline consent has been granted for the redevelopment of the Cattle Market, together with a 50,000 sq ft food store and 41,000 sq ft of non food retail.

Consent also includes for a 19,500 sq ft multiplex cinema, which has been pre-let to Cine World Ltd, together with two A3 units and one drive-thru.  Letting Agents for the A3 element are Matt Green, Mason & Partners and Phillip Morris, EJ Hales.
