Liberty have submitted a detailed planning application for 30,000 sq ft sales Morrisons food store, together with a six pump petrol filling station and 374 on site car parking spaces.

The site is located on the junction of the A361 and Braunton Road.  The development will create approximately 300 jobs and regenerate an existing brownfield site at a key gateway location to the town.
