Liberty have submitted a detailed planning application for a 35,000 sq ft food store to be pre-let to Tesco Stores Ltd.

The application has been submitted to Pendle County Council and is for a 35,000 sq ft Eco Store with 183 car parking spaces on a site area of 3.5 acres forming part of the L&P Springs site.
