We have considerable occupier knowledge, planning experience and development expertise and therefore are able to promote deliverable and viable schemes, working in partnership with land owners. Liberty Properties has expertise in managing the master planning process from concept to completion and will promote the site either through the local planning process, or through a master planning application. The role of Liberty is to bring expertise and skills to the process, to promote the most viable scheme.
